A: We are NOT a scam. We buy property directly from landowners and close every transaction with a local, reputable Title Company or Closing Attorney. The Title Company independently verifies both parties' identities and handles all paperwork. At no point will anyone ask you for money - we are the ones wiring our funds to purchase your property. We are always happy to provide Proof of Funds.

Q: How quickly can I sell my land?

A: We work FAST! In most cases, we can close in as little as 7-14 days. It just depends on the Title Company and how quickly they can wrap up their work. As soon as we are given the commitment to issue title insurance, we can wire our funds and close shortly thereafter.

Q: Is there a cost for your services?
